far cry 4 no audio problem

im trying to run far cry 4 but i dont get any audio in the game...the audio workks for all other programs. but not with this game.

i doubt there is a problem with my direct x.
i tried updating directX but it showed some error(Cannot install directX because of DXError.log and directX.log).
i dont understand whats the problem here.
my OS us windows 7 x64


my config:
AMD FX8350
8gb ram
120 gb ssd & 2+1tb hdd
Asus R9 280x v2 3gb Gddr5 graphic card
monitor is an LG led tv.

You're using HDMI audio?

I know you updated DX, but this guy had the same error:

To troubleshoot you might also try hooking up regular stereo speakers or headphones to the rear, green 3.5mm output and change "Playback Devices" to use your onboard Realtek audio (must be enabled in BIOS).
