Far cry 4 on Amd quadcore

Hey there..
My pc has
AMD A8 7410 APU 2.20 Ghz ( IT SAYS QUADCORE)
RADEON R5 GRAPHICS
4 GB DDR3 RAM
I saw everywhere people complaining that why far cry 4 is not working on dual cores well I have amd quadcore ( this is what my pc shows ) but still I got a black screen. Why?

Far cry also needs some instruction set,i think sse 4 or something,some older AMD and intel cpus don't have them so they can't run the game.
