Far Cry 4 screen tearing

I am sometimes expieriencing screen tearing with far cry 4.
It does not happen everytime I boot the game, when it does happens. Rebooting the pc sometimes helps.

I have vsync forced in radeonpro. Also "force triple buffering" is on.

Specs:
Asrock 970 Pro3
AMD FX8320
Asus R9 280x DirectCu 2 Top
Kingston 8GB DDR3 1600mhz
Samsung 840 Evo 128gb SSD
WD Green 2TB 64MB

ALT+TAB out and then ALT+TAB in.
