can i play far cry 4 with

8gb ram

if yes how many fps in low medium and high?

You should be able to play FC4 smoothly on low/medium settings. Several YouTube videos with the 360 that look pretty good. I would expect about 35 to 45 FPS at those settings at 1080p.
