Question Far Cry 5 New Dawn Not Loading

Hello,
I recently upgraded my PC from an i7-9700K w/ Asus Prime Z390-A. All games ran fine with the old setup. The only upgrade was the CPU and MB. I now have the following specs:
Asus Prime Z-690-P D4
D-Skill Trident Z 32GB 16X2 Ram 3200 (XMP @3200)
Intel i5-12600KF 3.6ghz (No OC) All Cores
Asus Tuf Gaming RTX 3080
Corsair RM850 PSU
Win10 Pro 22H2 Win10 on M.2 SSD
All games installed on internal 1TB SSD storage
HiSense U8H 4k TV 3840X2160 Res

So far, I have only ran across 2 games that will not load with the new setup. Mad Max and Far Cry 5 New Dawn. I tried everything thus far. Reinstalling and all that. Even tried the WIN11 method. Still the same issue. I saw online where it is mentioned that some games do not do not work well with the E-cores of this CPU and even has a list of games that aren't working with WIN10 and 11 with this CPU. One of the games listed is Ghost Recon Wildlands. This game is working fine. I also saw a video or two where there are others playing FC5 ND with the i5-12600K. So I am lost here at trying to figure out why mine are not loading. My two games mentioned look like they are trying to load but blink out after the loading screens. No error messages, just a blink and nothing after. For future references I would like to know what the issue could be in case I run into this again with any other games. Do anyone know what the issue is? Thanks

Yes I am on the latest bios--2014

I think he meant from which gaming platform did you purchase this game, STEAM, EGS, UBI store etc. ? Is it a LEGIT copy ?

Have you tried running the game as as ADMIN under Windows 10 OS ? Also, the fix for Far Cry New Dawn not launching is to just close both Uplay and Steam client. Now start both Steam and Uplay as an Administrator.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue then it might be your anti-virus software or Windows Defender detecting the game’s exe as a trojan. You can either disable your anti-virus or make an exception for it. This should resolve the issue.

It's working now. It just took a few times then finally it loaded and played perfectly.
