Question Far cry 5 stuck after installation

Just installed far cry 5 via DVD and it has been stuck on this loading screen for over half an hour with no downloads running or anything.
Specs:
Intel i74770k
Gtx 1060 3gb
2x4Gb ddr3 ram
550 watt psu
Windows 10 64 bit

don't worry its all good now, i just reinstalled the windows C+++ stuff and it worked
