Question Far Cry 6 - 12900K - 3090 Ti - low performance?

Hi pc:

12900K with NZXT KRAKEN X73 ( 50-60C in game )

2x16GB DDR4 KINGSTON DDR4 3600MHZ in GEAR 1

RTX 3090 Ti Gigabyte Gaming

Aorus Z690 Elite DDR4 bios F5

SSD 1 TB NVM PCIE

I have Windows 11 installed the newest version.

I compared the same level scenario and walking in lvl,with someone with the same specs.Almost.

But he have oc 12900K to 5.2ghz.I have stock 12900K. Also have DDR5 6400mhz. I have 3600mhz DDR4.And we both 3090 ti.

Why that performance is perfect ?

He have steady 110-125fps. Steady gpu usage 95-98%.

I have 100fps with gpu usage drops to 80-90% to 95fps and up. Why that happens? Thanks.I am bottlenecked somewhere?

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU powering your build. You might want to take pretty much anything you see on YT with a tablespoon of salt, not a grain of it. People have been known to exaggerate on specs/details.

Are you on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard?
