Far Cry Primal won't install

I put in disk 1, it found and downloaded patches, then started initializing, then kept on initializing. That's all it does. I disabled firewall, shut all other programs. Still waiting for Ubi to answer me. My computer is win 7 sp1, 64bit, intel i5, dual channel DDR3, Radeon R9 290X. All drivers are up to date, latest directx.
Any and all help is appreciated.

Next time you try to run the game, from the desktop Icon.
Right click on it instead of a left click.

Select run as Administrator.

I tried that too. Don't know what else to do.
