Farcry 5 no speech

specs: gtx960, i5 4430,8gb ram, 630 thermaltake psu
All drivers(speaker and gpu) are up to date and all other games work fine. The problem is that the dialogue in cut-scenes and in main characters is shown in subtitles but no sound(like when someone talk to u) , although the enemy voice and environment effect like shooting and running is fine.
pls help because the game play is awful

Try verifying install, maybe it’s not properly installed.
Failing that I’d try fresh install

Just done a quick google and looks like it’s a bug in the game if that’s true then you’ll have to wait for a patch/ update hope that helps

I ran the bin files and everything is just fine

Did you get it from Uplay or Steam?

So unless you have changed the setting the game will auto patch and it should be announced in the recent news section in the library.

The latest patch as of to night is ver. 4. while in Game > settings on the top you will see ver. 1.20
Is that the nr.? Then You have the latest version.

I know, Ubisoft is not known to do this information perfectly well.
