I have used the Crucial M4 - very reliable, but write speeds aren't that phenomenal.

I also have used the Intel 520 & Samsung 830 series - both are very fast and very reliable, but they're in the 170-190 range depending on whether you select the OEM (just the drive) or Desktop Upgrade kits (includes 2.5" to 3.5" plate for installing in drive tray). Those are pretty fantastic and you wouldn't regret the extra coin.
