fast help please

I have a acer v3 731-4446 laptop that is stuck in preparing and diagnosing automatic repair mode. When I press the power button I have tried alt f10, shift f11, shift f2 when I turn back on and it still stays stuck. It seems it isnt doing a complete shutdown no matter what and automatically the same screen is what pops
Back up. I have my windows 8 disk and I put that in and just let it run but im lost. Have no money to fix this laptop somewhere so I have to be able to do what a technician would. Can we work as a team and be as smart please? HELP!

Usually when you start your pc, after the BIOS screen, there is an option to choose auto repair or normal windows. Is there such a thing?

If not then did you put the windows 8 disk in and select the repair button below the install button?

I cant even get to bios. I have taken battery out everything. When I turn it on instantly acer with preparing diagnosis acreen comes on no matter what I press it wont do anything else. When I put cd in it doesnt run on own?
