Hello.
My internet speeds are very good at the moment: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5574239687 And i have no problem watching 1080p youtube videos without buffering.
However on most other websites and on steam I have very low speeds.
When downloading I get spikes of 700kb/s then it slows to nothing then maybe another spike I only managed to download 15MB of data in 5 mins with my connection: http://imgur.com/hRWxA8I usually I download at a constant 1.5MB/s my ping in dota is solid 164 to the closest server and 40% packet loss. It is usually 60-70 and 0%.
I have tried restarting everything multiple times, I am using a 4g dongle and mobile internet. The problem started today when I turned on my pc. Yesterday was fine, It has persisted for over 3 hours now. I have not changed any hardware or software on my pc in the past 7 days.
Has my isp suddenly started throttling certain domains? or could it be another issue?
