Question Fast or Intact when upgrading BIOS for Gigabyte Adorus Z390 Xtreme motherboard?

Hi, when upgrading the BIOS from F4 to F7, the computer asks me to choose between Fast and Intact. Which one should I choose? What are the differences? Thanks

The documentation for this BIOS upgrade should tell you exactly what each does, and why.
Never ever do any BIOS upgrade without complete knowledge of how and why.
And you do it exactly as the manufacturer states to do it.

A BIOS update should only be done if it addresses a specific issue that you're having.
Does the F7 update address the issue you're having? Doubtful.
