If you are looking for an upgrade you should try a ssd and then upgrade your video card. Your cpu is still pretty good. I would take it over any FX cpu. A ssd with a clean windows install would breathe life into your system. You won't believe the difference it will make in everything. I don't know if you like to game or not, but the GT620 is weak.

thank u so much for replying.
yes im not a gamer, not at all. just need graphic card for photoshop. for light editings not heavy projects or anything. so i should switch to ssd and upgrade my cpu right?

Yes, an SSD will speed it way up.

Boot times will go from 30 seconds or more to under 10 seconds, and file copying will be incredibly fast, at least within the SSD. Once you are trying to copy to a platter hard drive, the hard drive will bottleneck it.

Your CPU is fine for now, it isn't worth your money to upgrade it to anything. FX CPUs are like 5% better. Unless you have over $200 to spend on a new Intel CPU/Motherboard combination, that CPU is fine for now.
