i d like to know if this could handle my current and my future build

G41m Combo------------------------->Asus Vii RAnger 1150
8gb DDR3 1333mhz Gskill 1.5V--->Same
GTX 570 Referrence----------------->GTX970
1 SSD----------------------------------->Same

3 12mm fans-------------------------->like 4-5 14mm
i searched and i found that this PSU got the Japanese capacitors which is owesome it also got 5 years warranty but all i want to know is if it's going to power up Right my Build
