[SOLVED] Fast startup makes PC take 5 minutes to shut down??

So ive had it on but suddenly it started doing this. when i press shutdown nothing happens and i can use my pc as normal for about 5 minutes then suddenly "shutting down..."? Also pressing power button on case or any command prompt command doesnt work. Holding power button on case does work though. Everything works as normal when i turn off fast startup but then startup takes like 40 seconds and muh ssd boot times :c

how much RAM do u have and how fast your system drive is?

I have a samsung 850 evo and i have 16gb ddr4 2666MHz. PC is very fast.
