My PC is WIN XP With 2Ghz Athlon 1GB DDR400 with an NF7 Mobo.

Just bought an MP3 Player thats a Creative Zen NX.
Whenever i connect it via USB i get an rror message saying that i have connected a Hi-speed device'but don't have a Hi-speed USB.
I can download the songs ok'but obviously there is a faster way of doing it via some sort of other port/USB.

I am not sure if i already have this on my PC or wether i have to upgrade.

Any ideas?

Thanx

If you dont have sp1 for XP, the drivers for USB2.0 are not installed. Install sp1 and update your USB drivers

-Always put the blame on you first, then on the hardware !!!

in the hardware manager, right click on the usb controller, select properties, go in the driver tab, update drivers, just let windows searching and installing the new drivers
