You can only do up to 2400MHz with that 7th-gen i7-7700, due to limitations of your motherboard. If you get RAM higher than 2400MHz (such as 2666MHz, 3000MHz, 3200MHz, and so on), your system will downclock the speed to only 2400MHz.
