I have an ASUS H110M-A/M.2 motherboad with the Kaby Lake i7-7700 cpu. It currently has Kingston Value Ram KVR21N15S8/8 memory which runs at 2133 MHz. Two x 8Gb = 16Gb. I am wondering if I can fit better faster memory. Any suggestions?

Solution
You can only do up to 2400MHz with that 7th-gen i7-7700, due to limitations of your motherboard. If you get RAM higher than 2400MHz (such as 2666MHz, 3000MHz, 3200MHz, and so on), your system will downclock the speed to only 2400MHz.

From your Asus H110M-A/M.2 motherboard specs (https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H110M-A-M-2/specifications/):

"Memory

2 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR4 2400*/2133** MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory

* Due to Intel® chipset limitation, DDR4 2400MHz memory frequency is only supported by 7th Generation Intel® processors. Higher memory modules will run at the maximum transfer rate of DDR4 2400MHz.
