Hey, this is entirely just my guess, but I think there'll be a faster RTX3090 card available in the near future. Because I read that(from https://videocardz.com/ iirc) NVidia could have used faster 21Gbps GDDR6X VRAM(already available from Micron) on RTX3080/3090 cards, but didn't mainly due to thermal and stability issues. So they used 19Gbps/19.5Gbps GDDR6X VRAM(also Micron) instead.
So in my opinion, one or more of the large manufacturers(but not NVidia) will probably end up selling a premium RTX3090 card with much faster 21Gbps GDDR6X VRAM.
It could happen in a year or two, bit like 16Gbps MSI RTX2080Ti Gaming Z(which is faster than Titan RTX but only became available ~3 months before the RTX3080 launch) and if that's gonna be the case then it will most likely have even faster memory(22-23Gbps?).
But I think it's more likely to happen with the very first batch of the premium RTX3090 cards. i.e.
Asus Matrix, EVGA Kingpin, Galax HOF, MSI Lightning Z.
