Is there a faster way than prime95 to stress test an overclocked amd fx 8320?
I clocked mine up to a very mild 4.4 on auto voltage and it passed a couple of tests in prime95 so I thought it'd be remain stable over a 12 hour run, then I got a rounding error after 6 hours.
So I lowered it to an even milder 4.2 on auto and then that failed after abt 8 hours. If I could determine instability a tad earlier it would save me a lot of time, any other faster but equally reliable tests?
PS; I will start messing with voltage after I find the highest clock on stock voltage. But I need to pass a prime95 to do that and it taking ages to pass is eating up a lot of time.
