Fastest monitor under $150

I currently have a fairly nice IPS monitor that I use for general PC use, but it has a touch of lag which I notice while playing games.

So I'm looking for a cheaper secondary monitor that I would use for games, PC and PS4 so at least one HDMI port needed.

I've been looking at the Benq GL2460HM. Its fairly cheap, can get a refurb for under $100. It has pretty low lag going off of reviews. Since I only plan on using this for games where I need low input lag the cheaper the better. All I really care about is input lag.

You should get a new ASUS VX238H-W White 23" 1ms (GTG) HDMI. For $120 after rebate it is a very good deal.

The white is a bit of a putoff. What is the lag on that one compared to the Benq?

Both are good budget gaming monitors. No lag. I just dont think a refurb monitor is worth the risk.

For around $40 less if lean toward the Benq if the lag is the same. Benq offers a year warranty on their refurbs.

Are there no better/faster monitors in the price range? I know most feel under a frame of lag is basically no lag, but if I am going to buy a second monitor I'd want to get the fastest possible is my budget.
