I am one of those people who, following the guide on this site, changed a Promise Ultra66 HDD Controller into a FastTrack66 RAID Controller, and I was wondering whether anyone had tried this with the new Ultra100 HDD Controller. If so, does it work the same way?

Actually no. It is possible to modify the Promise ATA 100 controller into a Fastrak 100 but it is a diffenrent procedure that the 66. Be careful.
