FAT32 to FAT conversion ?

I have 32 16 and 8gb pendrives which is of Fat32(default) format when i connect them with DVD player sony and Phillips i am getting error . on Phillips manual i had seen that it will allow only fat format how can i convert it from fat32 to fat? Thanks in advance !

Copy the files off to you computer, reformat the flash drive as fat. When done copy the files back in.
