Question fatal1lity z97 killer

im having problems with fatal1ty z97 killer every time i turned on.there is a beep first beeps is front the mobo and the second beep is from the rams.the rams are new.so we had try everything but nothing..i had to disconnect front the electricity to turned on good..but sometimes its take like 10 times to turned on.i mean turned on turned off until can get in the window.but its run fine no problem the only problem is when its time to turn it on..can you guys help me plsss thanks..

i dont have the old memory.i bought the mobo on ebay plus the memory brand new..
