My son and I are trying to put together a decent PC for him to attempt streaming, and I am looking for something to maybe plug in for VR or another decent game or two. I told him I would pay for half if he did. I am not sure if this is the right format to ask, but would extremely appreciate it if any of you could give me some feedback. I really wanted to get this price closer to $1,200 or less. But if this PC can keep up for a few years and be upgradeable over time, then I can make a concession or two.
Thanks in advance!

The entire build is great! Except for 2 things

The PSU-is just bad for this kind of hardware. Corsair RM650x is perfect for this.

The 5700XT doesn't really make sense anymore. The 3060 Ti is out now and it's wayyy better if you just wait for the stock. It's equal to a 2080 Super, and close to a Ti when OCed whereas the 5700 XT is close to the 2070 Super. I'd suggest get 3060 Ti instead. For $400, it's amazing.

And same with the CPU, 3700X is a great choice but a 5600X is better, especially if he uses NVENC (GPU power) for streaming which hits performance lesser than using CPU power.

I like corsair, but their are better case options like the Lancool II Mesh performance. Check that out as well!
