Fault in non paged area

So I'm trying to update my windows 10 to the newest version to play FH3 but everytime i try to upgrade i get ''fault in non paged area'' BSOD around 75%. I have tried almost everything but nothing is working. Also a month ago my PC upgraded windows by itself and after that i got almost every single BSOD u could get, So i had to back it up to the last working version of windows. I have checked my RAM via memtest and upgraded my drivers nothing should be wrong with my HD either.

Have you tried taking out the RAM, cleaning both the sticks and the slots, then putting it back in?

This is a common fix for this BSOD...

Thanks for the reply.
But I did try that and my RAM stick was dusty but after cleaning it and trying other slot there was no difference
