[SOLVED] Faulty 1080 Ti? No power to VRM’s and core runs cold ?

Hi, I have a faulty 1080 Ti that I believed to have been tinkered with before. I’ve done some basic tests and messing around, but i’m not sure what the problem is.. Could someone give me some hint or perhaps what I should be looking for to test? I’m not new to computers, but i’m new to messing with electronics.. Thanks alot!

If you are new to trying to reflow or fix faulty gpu's a 1080ti is not the place to start. I advise to google common issues.
