Question Faulty hardware?

Hi my pc has like every bsod mostly iqrl or ntfs.sys failed sometimes it will just crash some times the right monitor will glitch out and it wont work. Sometimes when i drag over my desktop it turns black. I have 2-4 bsods every day and i really need this fixed. thanks All my drivers are updated

gigabyte 1070ti 3 fan

I put them right there sorry but please help lol i need this fixed its so annoying and i dont have money to buy a new pc but i can buy a cple new parts if needed
