Faulty mobo and(?) ram

Hello everyone!

I wish to determine, which component is going to die. I heard, bad mobo can cause memory errors. I have an asus m5a78l-m/usb3 with Hypertec Hyperam 2x4GB PC3-10600 DDR3 RAM (that was a gift with it), and FX-6100.
There was a plan to change the ram before Christmas to something better, but if the mobo faulty I go for it first, bc the rams working properly(?)
So I just made a memtest, each slot with each stick separated (no errors found), but together.

The errors at the finish was 24, just lost that picture.
I have to mentioned, one of the slot is dead. So I give a big shot for complete mobo fault, but wish to ask You as well, and after for a recommendation as well for a new one. I have to explain it for my wife, if it's both
