Faulty module: atidxx64 causing all my games to crash

Thinks I tried:
1. Reformatting my PC
2. Using latest AMD drivers
3. Using Beta AMD drivers
4. I have tried playing without AA

my specks are
Windows 7
i5 3570k
Sapphire AMD 7950
8gb ram
PC power and cooling 750W

Ok GTA V seems to be crashing again due to atidxx64.dll I can play for about 15minutes before it crashes. I made no changes so it seems like this is really random,
