Question Faulty Motherboard or Faulty/lacking PSU

Hello

So I have been having some annoying issues after upgrading my PC where the system constantly freezes for a few seconds every like 30-90 seconds, now I have noticed that my LED in my headset turns off/blinks whenever a mouse freeze happens! Does this mean the Motherboard isn’t getting enough power? Is it the motherboard itself? Firmware?

anyone Else ever had this issue?

specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5600x
Motherboard: Strix B550-e Gaming
GFX: GTX 1080 Strix
PSU: EVGA G2 Gold supernova

maybe an important note, there is no lag or freezing in the BIOS, but it does already start happening when you try to install a new Windows or are in Windows.

My current motherboard Bios is the newest BETA version
