Faulty Mouse ?

I just bought this mouse:

now i think its defective... when i use the wheel up it goes off and i hear the sound effect for when you insert new usb, then i see down that it`s installing drivers for it... mouse wheel down and it`s not working again. Im using windows 7 64 bit, but i have tried it also on a fresh new windows 10 laptop and its doing the same thing. Does anyone have some tips to try before i go back to return this crap?

I assume you had a mouse installed before that one. Did you uninstalled its drivers before connecting this one?

Before i had a ps/2 mouse, the new one is a usb mouse, and i tried the mouse on 3 computers so far, and the mouse is acting the same on all 3 computers(win xp, 7 and 10), mouse wheel up/down and the mouse is freezing/restarting

Well then it seems it is some broken crap
