Faulty Ram Slot and dead ram

i have asrock h110m-hdv it have 2 slots of ram ddr4

ihave 2 ram 2x4gb

when i test my ram in slot 1 its work and boot,then i try my another ram in slot 1 it beeping 4 times,then i use my working ram in slot 2 and its beeping,and there is no ram in slot 1

ok my another ram is faulty

but that's mean my 2nd ram slot is faulty?,or i cant use ram with empty slot 1?

Check MB manual for right placement of RAM sticks for different configurations. Some have definite placement for RAM configurations.

I looked at the manual for that board and it is not a very good manual; not much information re. RAM.
Since one of the sticks works in slot 1 (and we can assume that stick is o.k.) but doesn't work in slot 2 all by itself it appears that the board Must have slot One filled first. The manual Does say that for dual-channel memory both slots have to be occupied.
Second assumption: since the 2nd stick of RAM did NOT work in either slot, it is probably defective.
This assumes that the 2 sticks are a matched set, not a couple of memory modules bought at a different time or even single "identical" modules bought together, but Not as a matched set from the memory manufacture. Also that the non-operating stick meets the requirements for your mobo as stated on the mobo manufactures website - particularly as to the density (how many or quantity) of the memory chips are on the RAM stick.
A final test for the 2nd, bad, stick is to see if it works in another computer: If it DOES work then there might be a problem with you mobo.
Most RAM sticks have a lifetime warranty so it shouldn't be to hard to get the RAM replaced.

ok since my pc magically boot and with 2 sticks of 4gb last night ,and working well about a day ,and then when i turn off and came back to turn on my pc it beeping 4 times , after hours trying to fix it by myself with jumper ,the beepings gone but no display at all,some times it boot with 2 ram but the bsod come out, i check with bluescreen viewer for my bsod,there's a ntoskrnl.exe listed red ,i use the cmos jumper and no display with 2 rams,after hours trying ,i take out one of my ram and the pc boot smoothly ,is that mean my mobo bad or something with my ram , i also bought a new stick of ram with sam emanufacturer

my ram manufacturer is "4gb OCPC DDR4 2133mhz"
