Good day, there seems to be a problem with my motherboard, it wont display though a GPU or the iGPU, i tried troubleshooting it and when i use ram slot 2 and 4 it wont display and VGA debug light lits up,

When i plug the rams on slot 1 and 3 its all good with either a GPU or iGPU, but i get a warning message at the start that "slots 1 and 3 aren't configured" and
i should place RAM in slots 2 and 4, does it make any difference? i believe my one or both ram slots 2 and 4 are faulty, and i wanna make use of dual channel. is it ok to use slots 1 and 3 and just disregard the warning message of not being configured? or is there a bios settings for it?

My system unit is an i5-8600, Gigabyte G1 GTX 1070, a 2666Mhz 2x8gb rams Team Elite Team Group, Seasonic M12 620w bronze and an MSI Mag Mortar b365m.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
