[SOLVED] Faulty RAM sometimes doesn't boot PC

Hello all,

I bought a 8gb ram stick from aliexpress and have been using it for 1 month. A problem came up that sometimes when booting up my desktop it shows no display sometimes.
I found out it was this RAM's fault after disconnecting it and it turned on just fine. But just when I decided to record evidence of the PC not booting with this piece of RAM it...turns on fine again.

My question is, what could cause a piece of hardware like RAM randomly work normally and sometimes not work at all?

PS: I cleaned it a cotton with alchohol and dried it with air can a few minutes ago.

Use Memtest86 to check ram for hardware faults. It could be that some part of the ram chips is faulty and so would work until those memory locations are used.
