[SOLVED] Faulty TR4 Socket? ASRock Taichi X399

I am having tough time with my workstation build since screws #2 and #3 of TR4 socket is not tightening (free moving) after installation of the 1920X. I triple checked and CPU was inserted correctly as explained by ASRock people.

check if there is any bump near the #2 and #3 sites? check if you can tighten screw without the cpu? If so, you didn't install it correctly.

No I dont see any visible bumps.
Yes they tighten when CPU is not there. I watched the video many times and also CPU and clearly CPU went all the way down and it was on rails as well. :/

try to press down the cpu socket and retry? doesn't make sense, it looks like not seating properly and the gap results in this...
