durring transmiting the fax....it's apear comm error 00e4

Did you check the manual for your fax machine? Confirm you have a dial-tone and the phone line dials out using a regular phone? Try a new phone cable? Confirm the number you are dialing is working?

I can send to some numbers and to other I can't 🙁
In the same day, different between the to faxes (same page number 6) I hade sent to a phone fax number in a place, and in other p[lace I couldn't because it was error ooe4
and the first was error and after I could send to other number a fax with 6 pages...repeating same number ...it's odd 🙁

Does anything fax over to the numbers you can't send to? Could be just the wrong number, or something wrong on their end, their fax it shut off, or unplugged.
