FCLGA2011 socket same as LGA2011 socket?

Long story short, something is wrong with my computer and it restarts several times a day when I game and run videos. The only things I have left to try replacing are the CPU/Motherboard/RAM. Also, I haven't tried putting windows on my other SSD Hard drive yet.

I found the Xeon E5-2660 listed as best value on http://www.cpubenchmark.net/high_end_cpus.html#cpuvalue and is a slight upgrade to my current CPU. It is listed as FCLGA2011 socket compared to my current CPU being listed as LGA2011 socket.

1.Will it work?
2.Would I be better off just getting a new Motherboard + CPU in case the CPU isn't the issue?
3.Suggestions of Motherboard if no to #2 or suggestions of Motherboard + CPU if yes to #2? Looking for low prices but still being at least slight upgrades

Motherboard - ASUS P9X79 LE
RAM - DDR3 1866 G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB (2x8GB)
CPU - Core i7-4820k@3.70GHz
Liquid Cooler - Corsair H100i GTX
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980TI
PSU - EVGA SuperNova 850 G3
Hard Drive w/Windows - Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD
Secondary Hard Drive - Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD
 
I think I figured out what's wrong with my computer so I'm gonna hold off for now, but thanks for the answer. I'll make sure to make note of it for future reference.
