So what are your thoughts? Would this be a good gaming computer? I'm hoping to order tonight

if you want the antec 1200 as your case, i would use this as your PSU, its excellent and well priced, but only capable of fitting in certain cases:

in general i think you could build a competitive computer for vastly less (think i5-2500k + hd6950), but i see nothing overtly wrong with the parts aside from the price. (if youre curious, id be happy to show you what id do with the same amount of money, although id prefer you tell me what that amount is)

The motherboard is a new rock solid Z68 ROG micro that is a real bruiser and the PSU is the best that money can currently buy.

Most reviews on the Seasonic have stated that it can acutally handle over 1000W.

I personally used it in a Dual 480 super-clock build.

Awesome, will there a be a problem with the number of connectors? the case I chose has 7 120m led fans and 1 200mm led fan

There are no 3/4 pin fan cables on the PSU itself, however there are plenty of molex connectors that the fans can run off of with the proper adapter.

If you look at a computer case fan you will see that there is a small plastic rectangle at the end of the cable that is attached to the fan itself. In this rectangle will be 3 or 4 holes.

These holes indicate what type fan connection is required in order to run that fan. A fan with 3 holes in the small plastic rectangle will often be referred to as a "3 pin fan" and will be the most common type of case fan you will see.

However, a 4 pin fan is known as a PWM fan. A PWM fan when placed on a 4 pin slot on a motherboard for example will allow you to control the speed at which that fan operates via the motherboard or some other type of software. These fans are often more expensive than 3 pin fans.

A molex is a flattened and elongated rectangular connection that you will need to use in order to provide power to things like your optical drive, hard drives and case fans.

However, in order to run case fans off of a molex connection you will need an adapter like this one.

There are also pleanty of cables out there that allow you to run up to nine fans off of a single molex adapter or 3 pin fan connection. Here is an example of such a cable.

You can often "daisy chain" countless numbers of fans off of a single molex.

You are also able to run fans off of "motherboard fan headers" but some people advise against it.

Cant go wrong with the HAF (High Air Flow) series.

Personally I have the HAF-X for my current build...you can look at in my configuration.

But I did have a look at Corsair 800D, but I cannot justified the price for it.
