Solution

I'm not sure how you got that. For example if you click the link to that extreme3 gen3 board to pccasegear and read the specs it says right on there: 2 x PCI-Express 3.0 next to "Slots".
750w is what you want to power dual 560's.

PCI-E 3.0 boards down below.

ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 Motherboard

ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Motherboard

ASRock Z68 Extreme7 Gen3 Motherboard

http://www.asrock.com/mb/index.asp?s=1155 <---- the boards that say Gen3 have the PCI-E 3.0 slots

If you have a budget the size of yours, then spend a few dollars on a h/s

http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_23_845&products_id=12544 $33.00
CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ CPU Cooler

Antec High Current Gamer 750W Power Supply HCG-750

Thermaltake Frio for a few dollars more, or if you can find it...the Scythe Mugen 3. Otherwise your going to spend a small fortune.

All those Gen3 boards I linked up above all have the PCI-E 3.0 slots.
