I wouldnt buy a last gen Intel at this point unless you can get a really good deal on one. You would be better off with a Intel i3-8100/i5 8400 or a Ryzen 1500/1600 depending on how much you want to put towards the CPU.

You wouldnt need a cooler with the 7500 since it and the ones I suggested all coem with one (the Ryzen stock coolers are good) but it would help with the intel chips to add a aftermarket.

I would try and buy the fastest RAM you can afford for the system, and always buy it in dual channel, meaning for 8GB buy the packs of two 4GB sticks.

The 1050TI is a good card but you could perhaps find a used 970 for a similar price which is significantly more powerful.

For your PSU I would suggest looking over...

For your PSU I would suggest looking over http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html. Not all Power supplies are good even from name brands. For a budget build one of the new Corsair CX or CXM are your best bet, they are usually on sale or have rebates.

Cheers man ive changed a few things what you think?
CPU: Intel - Core i5-8400 2.8GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z370P D3 Socket
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Memory: Kingston - HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Zotac - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Mini Video Card
Case: NZXT - S340
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM (2015) 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

You may want to get a 500 or 550 watt PSU, 450 will be more then enough for your build but if you upgrade your GPU down the line to a more powerful one it may be cutting it close.

Also not sure where you are but the difference in price between 2133 speed RAM and 2666 is negligible so I would get the 2666. Ive also seen G Skill 3000mhz RAM for about 100 bucks lately. I'd suggest using https://pcpartpicker.com/products/memory/ to help you find RAM and other component prices for the best deals.

Other then those suggestions looks good.
