Everything looks great other than the GPU. The 650 is really shortchanging you for that price. Go with the 750 ti, it is worlds ahead for not much more money if your budget can allow it.
This will be ALOT better. You could also go fx6300 if you don't think the i3 will be enough. What games do you plan to play? This is the real deciding factor.

I don't have time to find specific parts for you right now, but you can definitely find a lot cheaper cases than that.
Also I would recommend Kingston HyperX blu 2X4GB RAM it's cheaper and it's good.
If you don't definitely need a DVD-drive you could shave that off the price since (asuming it's for gaming) you'll probably buy your games as downloads.
I realize this is vague, but you can likely find cheaper MB's that are good enough for your build.
Again if it is indeed for gaming I would recommend a better GPU that that. Again I'm going to leave that to you or someone else here.
UPDATE:
Oh I see you already got a very good answer. It seems a really good build. This is quite pointless now. Ignore this.
The build I posted will perform MUCH MUCH better than the original build with the 750ti.
The r9 270 is ALOT better than the 750ti. Here is a comparison: http://anandtech.com/bench/product/1034?vs=1130. Use the 7870 in place of the r9 270. They are basically the same card.
Thanks I have kept everything minus the GPU which I updated to the 750 Ti. Thanks all!

I would listen to tiny voices here. It's a really good build.
