Hello everyone! I'm building a new gaming computer for my brother, and since this is the very first time I build a computer from scratch, I'd like some feedback:

Approximate Purchase Date: Monday, 5th August.

Budget Range: 2000$-2500$

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Primarily for gaming, web browsing, sometimes for picture editing.

Parts Not Required: Monitor, keyboard, mouse.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Not really sure here, I'm not really familiar with computer parts websites. Newegg I guess? It seems pretty popular. PcPartPiker too maybe.

Country: Canada

Parts Preferences: Intel, Asus and Nvidia.

Overclocking: Maybe, leaning on the no.

SLI or Crossfire: Yes, 2-way SLI.

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Our monitor is HDMI-only, so we'd need an HDMI-compatible Motherboard.
I'd like this build to be as future proof as possible, I want it to be able to max most game for a couple years at least.
I'd like to find a case which has handles, for easy transportation, my brother hates handling PC towers. There was a case that caught his eye, the Antec Lanboy Air, but we can't seem to find any site which has it in stock. Would you guys happen to know of a similar case?
Also, would a soundcard be worth adding?
Also also, I have no idea if the cooling will be enough. Should I had fans? If yes, where?

So here's my build:

Edit: I updated it a bit: Updated build

You can save a lot and still have a powerful build.

If you do decide to overclock:

Thank you for your reply, but I was expecting more some feedback instead of another build entirely. Nevertheless, I did change a few things by borrowing some components from your suggested build.

I decided that the Titan wasn't worth its price tag afterall, and I decided to instead change it for 2 GTX780 in SLI.

Also, I'm now woundering which would be better: The ASUS P8Z77-pro/thurderbolt or the Asus Sabertooth Z77. Which would be a better choice?
...is the P8Z77-pro/thunderbolt even compatible with HDMI? I don't think I saw any mention of the Thunderbolt feature being compatible with HDMI...

So, could I have any feedback on the new build? Please remember, cost really isn't a problem, as long as it doesn't go too much over 2500$, it's fine. We're also trying to future proof it as much as possible, we want it to last long!

Okay,

Go with Haswell. Pick up an i5 unless you really feel an i7 is necessary.
Any mid-end SSD will do the trick.
The 1TB black drive is very fast.
A titan is overkill. I would suggest a 780 with the option to SLI down the road. SLI 770s is also a viable option.
Your PSU is expensive for what it is.

Don't waste the money on the Sabertooth - even the new Z87 still uses the horrible plastic shields which just trap heat and recirculate it.

I would get this instead:

Then add whatever monitor, keyboard, and mouse you want.
