It would perform well. Definitely would be better off going with a modern chipset though (so DDR4 RAM) This is about 100 bucks cheaper, will outperform your build considerably thanks to the far superior GPU, has twice the RAM capacity, and looks very good for a more budget oriented build. You could make it cheaper depending on what monitor you have, as a GTX 1060 or RX480 will run at 1080p 60hz just fine
