Build Advice Feedback on build for 240hz 1080p FPS gaming

Hi - long time lurker, first time poster. I'm looking for feedback on my build below to be used primarily for 240hz 1080p FPS gaming (CS:GO, Overwatch, Quake Champions, Apex Legends, etc).

I plan to OC the 9600K to 4.8-5ghz and push the 2070S to 2080 speeds, so any feedback related to coolers, fans, PSU, etc. is greatly appreciated. Going for a white colour scheme but not a must-have if there are better alternatives.

I am more interested in performance than value, but I am also curious about suggestions for an alternative AMD build that would yield the same or better performance.

That system looks great. With 240 FPS as the target, and the high FPS your games get with specs like that, I'd recommend actually not overclocking, as that will just decrease life, increase temps and increase power consumption with no visible gains.

Overclocking is fine long as voltages and temps aren't at silly levels.

@ 240hz is going to demand quite a bit from the 9600k even if overclocked in cpu intensive games. To generate so many frames i don't think it'll keep up all that well and potentially maxing it's usage causing frame drops/1% lows and possibly stutters during battles in Overwatch which can already be cpu heavy without having to prepare frames. Id feel more comfortable if this system had an 9700k instead.

Other games should be fine on an 9600k, not sure about Apex though.

Might want to seek user experiences with an 9600k at your intended refresh rate and see what cpu usages are like.
