Feedback on Build pls

Dear experts - this is my first build ever and the result of my online research, but as you could imagine I am very unsure if this would be a good pick. Could you guide me in this matter, please?

I need a snappy workstation for 3D Modeling which is also good in renderperformance. I work w/ Redshift as a GPU renderer but also develop in Unity 3D and build Animations in houdini and C4D.
So what do you guys think?

Total: approx €3197.72 (do you see any chance to optimize? I am willing to spend about 3k but not sure if I balanced my budget correctly for the best components at that price)

Hey man, i'm no expert at 3d rendering, but I wonder if RTX would be more up your alley with the RT cores and NV Link instead of SLI.
