I've been doing some research for my first build and am aiming for 1080p with at least 60fps. This is what I've come up with:

Should I make any changes to my final build?

Solution
For purely gaming the 8400 is an excellent choice. That i5 7500 is effectively the same level as tge latest i3's with only 4 cores. I'd pick the 8400 for gaming or the Ryzen 1600 is a good multitasker that does well in gaming.

Honorable
honestly, don't even look at the 7th gen intel.

It would follow as goes:

RYzen 5- 1600
I7-7700k
i-7-8700
i7-8700k

here's an example of ryzen

============================

of course you noticed I didn't change secondary components, such as PSU, GPU, Case and so on. This you can decide as you have budget.

Thankyou for your feedback because I would rather go with intel because it seems better in the long run with future upgrading
