If someone could recommend a cheaper quality psu that would be great. Also I'm wondering if I should skip on the cpu cooler and get one later if I ever decide to overclock
and if anyone knows any other ways to cut the costs down please make sure it's on tigerdirect.ca
unless it's a really good deal, because I plan on buying at my local tigerdirect.

You're fine with the Intel stock cooler, and yes just grab a cooler down the road.
Never cheap out on the PSU. It is one of the most important part, it's what gives power to all your other components. If anything get something lower, 650wts? Also, grab another 4gb and make it in to 8gb of ram then your build is perfect.

Thanks I think I'll get the tx650. Also I think you misread about the ram, it's 16gb (4*4gb)

It only cost $30 for one stick and also I've been looking into running virtual machines for when friends come over.

I have read people getting as little as 2 more fps and as much as 10-15 fps. Is there a definitive benchmark test or does it depend on the situation?
