I am looking for feedback on this gamer build. Can you find anything you would change, without raising the price?

Buy WD Blue Caviar 1TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache

Buy Seasonic/XFX series 650W 80+ Gold PSU and you'll be much better off with that. Else buy Corsair TX/HX series PSU

You don't need Akasa Tim Kit.

Thanks EasyLover! What's the benefit in the WD Blue Cavier compared to the one I have selected?
Also, the PSU I have selected, the RM750. What is it about the RM that makes it "worse" than the others?

You've selected WD SE which is their Datacenter series HDD. Normally you don't need that much HDD in Desktops. For desktops their best series is Blue/Black caviar. However, if you still want to stick with SE series there is nothing wrong with that. Your call.

RM series PSU don't have good quality components that is why give my recommendation for other PSUs.

Unfortunately, they don't sell that one here in this country.

Ohh! Ok then stick with Seasonic but get minimum 600W. You will need that much juice to overclock your PC's components.
