Feedback on my build

Hi all,
New to building and this is what I've picked after researching for days. Was looking for around 3k SGD including monitor however it comes out more than that if i were to get my parts locally in Singapore. Reason why I would like to get my parts locally is because I have no clues on how to fix it myself.
I'm quoted about 3.5k SGD for this build.
Are these a compatible build? Any other recommendations for the motherboard and graphic cards? Feedback will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you and have nice day.

Everything looks good except the memory. This is FAR higher quality memory than those Vengeance sticks.
